Interviews are high-pressure, and it's easy to freeze up or ramble even when you know the material. Nico listens during a live interview, transcribes it in real time, and surfaces a clear, structured response on a panel only you can see — drawing on your résumé and background so answers sound like you, not a generic script.

Nico is built for job seekers preparing for technical and behavioral interviews — from first-time candidates who get nervous on camera to experienced professionals who want a sharper, more structured answer under time pressure. We're India-first, with pricing and payments for both Indian (INR) and international (USD) users.

How it works, briefly

The desktop app captures the interview audio locally, streams it to real-time speech-to-text, and generates a response using a large language model — all fast enough to start forming an answer before the question even finishes. The panel itself is excluded from screen shares and recordings using standard operating-system privacy APIs, the same category used by password managers.
